Great coffee and good food options. They have a nice 'toast' menu. Nothing super fancy but really delicious. I've had a couple on my visits and they hit the spot on a lighter breakfast but very healthy option. Other coffee shops should learn something from them. Keep it simple and do it right. (Wanted to include a pic but ate it too fast)

Friendly staff with prompt service. This shop offers a spacious, cool industrial vibe with an abundant amount of seating. There are lots of choices of specialized latte drinks. My daughter is sipping on a Honey Lavender Iced Latte while I am enjoying my non-fat Cappucino. Location is great, right in the middle of the downtown El Paso hotel district. Great choice for a coffee break while in town!

Stopped in for coffee this morning to this little coffee shop. Just a few blocks from the downtown hotels. The dish selection was very good and the coffee selection was even better. Seems like it really hotspot for locals.

I wanted to share my delightful experience at a cafe in El Paso, Texas: District Coffee. The staff was friendly, the environment was welcoming, and the decor represented the local culture very well. I had the PB&J breakfast toast, which was warm, loaded with PB&J, topped with banana slices and coconut sprinkles. I think there was a dash of honey in the jam. The coffee was locally brewed and delicious, the perfect complement to my breakfast toast. Plenty of spaces to eat and relax in DTEP. Hope you get to visit, Bon appetite!

10/10 will be back any El Paso trip. Amazingly good coffee and the HBE toast I could eat 1,000Xs. The salmon toast was good as well but the HBE is unmatched!

First time here. Right in downtown. Cute little spot. The staff was friendly. I ordered a pico de Gallo toast? It was delicious ( the pico de gallo was little spicy) but I loved it. I also ordered an Abuelita Latte and it was amazing. Soo good and actually hot. Highly recommended it!!

Nice coffee shop in downtown area. Friendly staff and they do welcome dogs. Had a cold brew and it was good, seating is plentiful with tables, stools and a couple lounge chairs. I'd visit again when in the area, thumbs up to this place.

I almost missed this place. I was walking out of my hotel to get some coffee and the hotel staff recommended District Coffee, which was not on my radar. I had actually planned to visit another local coffee shop, but went instead with the locals' recommendation, which is what you should always follow when traveling. I walked to District Coffee on a Saturday morning and was the only person sitting inside, yet the place quickly filled with many others hanging out. The space inside is not very large; however, they have some tables for groups, bar seating by the window and a couch for lounging. Get here early for your cup of joe in the morning if you want to chill inside. The staff were super friendly. They told me about the different drinks, one being the abuelita latte, which is something you can't easily get back home. It's a Mexican hot chocolate flavor, so ordered a 16-ounce, iced version of that, along with a large drip and a PB&J toast. Coffee was very good. It was the much-needed caffeine I was searching for before road tripping. Not acidic, but smooth and bold. Just how I like my black coffee. The abuelita latte for later was also a great drink, with the spices from the Mexican hot chocolate, but with a lot of espresso within. If these don't sound good to you though, they have a large drink menu of different lattes, coffees and teas, along with pastries and smaller food items, like bagels, toasts and sandwiches. This is a wonderful, local coffee shop in downtown El Paso.
